Late Attorney Hafez A. Jaber was the founder of the third generation in Jaber law firm since 1968. He transformed the law office from an individual institution into a law firm. He was assisted by his sons: Attorney Dr. Talal and Attorney Omar. He held a BA in Law from the Lebanese University in 1968. He has been the primary managing partner of Jaber Law Firm since 1971. He was the Lebanese State’s Attorney for more than 15 years.

Dr. Talal Jaber is a holder of a BA in Law and an LLM in Business Contracts, a diploma in Anglo American Law and a Ph.D. in International Business Law with Honors.  

Omar Jaber is a holder of a BA in Law from La Sagesse University. He is a member of the Beirut Bar Association since 2003. In 2007, he followed training at Bertrand Morreau Law Firm in France specialized in Arbitration, where he is still practicing law in the following fields: Corporate, Civil, Commercial, Criminal and Labor law.

Me. Maysaa Safadi is a holder of a master’s degree in Private Law from the Lebanese University. She is a member at the Beirut Bar Association since 2003, and a senior associate at Jaber Law Firm since 2016. Her varied experience covers litigation focusing on Labor, Commercial, Corporate, Civil and Criminal Law.

Admitted to the Beirut Bar Association in 1991. Attained her Bachelors in Law, LLB at the Lebanese University in Beirut, and graduated with a B.A with honors in Political Science from the Lebanese American University. She joined, worked and is still registered with Jaber Law Firm, one of the Lebanese largest law firms where she gained experience in corporate and commercial practices as well as in litigation. She directed many litigations and company setups in Beirut.

Me. Elio Akiki obtained a Law Degree in 2012 from Saint Joseph University in Beirut. He has been a member at the Beirut Bar Association since 2013. Me. Akiki joined Jaber Law Firm In October 2015 where he is trainee lawyer focusing on cases relating to Corporate Law, Intellectual Property, Commercial Law, Real Estate, Civil Law, Contract Law and Criminal Law. Me. Akiki is fluent in French, English and Arabic.
